Christmas has a way of bringing people together and it's some how something unanimously said on the lips of many, even in blogs. Wonderful isn't it? Yet it's strange..
that our King should be
born as a child to a virgin.
His birth place, a stable,
with a manger for a bed
He was to bare the name Jesus
and not Magnificant,
or Majesty, or any names that
screams "I'm the King!"
He was to grow up known
as the carpenter's son
How did this become the ultimate plan God came up to save us? Strange don't you think? Yet, this seemingly strange plan only magnifies how POSSIBLE our God is. =) He works in the strangest ways but HE WORKS!

Christmas is okay this year. Ed is not here this year, so not as loud as it would have been but oh well. Did a lot of eating within this 2 days.. so fat di! =P it's quite hard to resist, don't believe me?? See for yourselves!

CHRISTMAS DAY
Went to JIC (Jalan Imbi Chapel) this year cause Charis only had a night event. Mom wanted to attend a morning service, so I went round asking for a morning service. I expected to sing hymns, listen to a very very very elaborate sermon and well..fall asleep half way. =P
I know it's horrible to think like that but, JIC is a really old church. My aunt and my mom used to attend when they were kids, even then it was already getting old. So tell me how old can this place be!
Yet, surprisingly..none of that happened. No hymns at all! Ok just one which I sang in camp before so no biggie, but we sang so many carols! hehehe..so happy, I love singing carols! The sermon was very brief and concise; and before you even ask, I didn't fall asleep!! =D
I enjoyed my visit to JIC! Met a lot of familiar faces as well! Both from camp and from college. Didn't see Ms Moey though. Saw, Ms Cooke, Ee Ling, Yoke Ling, Iris, Adele, Amanda, Mr Harry, Mr Handrikus (dunno how to spell..=p) and Mr Khoo. Turns out that Mr khoo's wife (very beautiful lady btw..) is my dad's school mate. Haha.. I have to admit, the world seems to get smaller by the minute.
Then we went to eat and shopped till we dropped then we ate and ate some more..I really need to work out now!
