BBQ Nite~

Yes, yes, you must be thinking "MCKL sure has a lot of events going on" Normally, the treasure hunt event is always in April but then due to elections this year it was pushed to July (don't really see the logic here but anyway..) The BBQ nite is an event for the students to socialize with each other and it is also an event to welcome the july batch as well as the hand over ceremony from the outgoing student council committee to the incoming student council committee.

We were so busy with treasure hunt last week that we hadn't the time nor energy to think about BBQ nite. We only started planning on Monday, so it was a rush. All of us had to stay back for meetings till at least 10 everyday to plan and prepare. It was very very tiring!! We discussed every single detail possible from food to drinks to performances to the schedule. Everything was really packed but we all made it somehow~!

The food was good cause it finished off very quickly leaving nothing behind. Hahaha...all 16 of us were so busy and tied down that we didn't get the chance to eat. Too bad la.. The hand over ceremony was really cool! It was like a tribal council thing with tiki torches and all! Definitely memorable! All of us are very happy and we enjoyed ourselves, though the planning, the preperations, the cleaning and the washing was very taxing on us but it was a good a experience! Well we don't need to worry bout anything now till OB nite comes at least.
